Led the creation of an acclaimed accessibility program from the ground up—defining strategy, KPIs, and processes while embedding inclusive practices into team workflows. Built an accessible component library, trained cross-functional teams, and drove a lasting culture shift. Recognized with an SF Design Week Award in 2023.

At Sprint, I led research and design for digital workflows across the customer lifecycle, from optimizing the sales funnel to redefining post-purchase care experiences like billing, support, and account management. My work contributed to a 200% YoY increase in digital sales, 300% growth in self-service adoption, a 21% rise in AutoPay enrollment, and $1.7K average debt recovered per user via new payment features. By 2020, we achieved Sprint’s first-ever positive NPS (100%) for digital care journeys—just two years after our design team was established.

We focused on high-impact funnel moments, using data to reduce cart abandonment and fuel innovations like the Family Cart. This work drove measurable gains in digital and omni-channel sales.

I led the experience strategy alongside a talented team to demystify the value of investing in data-backed design discovery. Our focus was on reducing costs, improving user experiences, and building a product strategy centered around a validation model. This approach uncovered thousands of instances of hidden design and recovered significant lost revenue, increased digital adoption, and led to measurable business impact.
